You are out rock collecting, much farther out then you meant
to, you finally make it back to your vehicle, its dark, only to find
it won't start. Sound familiar ? It has happened to all of us.
This kit is designed to keep you going for a few days while your
waiting for help or have to walk out. It will sustain 1 person for
at least 3 days, providing WATER, food, shelter, cooking
abilities, and the tools to build a campfire. All in one neat small
kit. The nice cordua nylon backpack also has room for a few
clothes and additional food and water. The food bars and water
pouches have a 5 year shelf life and are just made. so.........

are, stranded for a few days. Not to worry, as you can survive to get home safe and sound again. This
kit as it will also keep two people going for about two days. I have also included 2 packages of
Chicken Noodle soup, which only needs hot water to complete and the stove and fuel tabs provided
will do just that. There are also 3 packs of instant coffee included. I know instant coffee, but sure
tastes better then nothing on a crispy morning or after a bowel of soup that evening. The tube tent
included are not the state of the art in tents, however, they will shield you from the rain and or snow,
and the cocoon sleeping bags are much warmer then just the standard survival blankets, although
one of those is also included. There is also a skatchet type tool to cut smaller branches with for a fire
or whatever and a 7 in 1 knife tool . Small first aid kit including a piece of moleskin. Now, once you
have eaten, put your tube tent up, there is also a combo flashlight and f.m. Radio with folding antenna
which never requires batteries. You just crank it for a couple of minutes and it works fantastic. Sure
beats sleeping in the car , cold miserable and hungry
